Responsible for providing overall project management direction and ensuring execution of residential construction and design projects for this boutique architecture firm with multiple projects in West Los Angeles. While this is not my normal industry, I am assisting in the project management area while the owner (a friend) is going through cancer treatment.

• Conducted Provider Contract workflow analysis to determine bottlenecks and develop a more efficient workflow using existing, in-house technology products; assisted contracting department with data, interface and workflow considerations in development of a custom contract management software solution.
